    • Selection of thoroughly vetted subcontractors and suppliers

    • Provide a Client portal online for easy communication and transparency

    • Coordination of weekly Client meetings for use by Client, Architect and Designer as necessary

    • Weekly schedule and progress review

    • Strict site control to ensure site safety and cleanliness

    • Management of customer selection list

    • Detailed budget tracking

AFTER MARKET

    • Coordination with the Client in the preparation of Punch List

    • Timely scheduling and completion of Punch List

    • Preparation of “Owner’s Manual” which includes subcontractor list, Warranty information, and maintenance suggestions

    • Client walk-thru to review mechanical systems
